West Loop Trail. Rockport State Park, Mount-Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, WA.
Outdoor exhibits interpret the variety of flora and fauna of this 600-acre, old-growth forest. The park is one of the last remaining tracts of low-elevation, Douglas-fir forests in northwest Washington. It has trees from 200-800 years old, was never clear-cut, and is now conserved as a Natural Forest Area.
