A Moment’s Pause

The Ringtail is an agile and graceful mammal that resides in Arizona sky islands. It has the remarkable ability to climb vertical walls and crevices of the rocky and forested terrain. The Ringtail's long tail helps it maintain balance while leaping and scaling vertical cliffs and trees. Although primarily active at night, they can occasionally be seen exploring during the dimly lit hours. During the day, they retreat to their dens to rest.
